1. i do not have a complaint against my own ISP.
2. this forum has so many users of sify broadband yelling the truth about them. how much has it helped getting sify to improve? same thing is with sify broadband.

the best way is to get media involved. gather some money and tell the truth about the bad companies in a public notice sort of way...
