What happened to bsnl in new year

hello everyone,
i am new here as i am suffering from high pings with bsnl on anywhere in the world. i am a casual player and playing bf3,bf4 mostly. till the end of 2014 everything works fine and i get 120-160 ping on singapore servers and 170-190 on european but in this new year ping raised to minimum 290 to singapore and over 340 to eu servers.
no matter how much time i restart my modem to get a new route but always same result.
then i tracert to singapore and here is the result-

I am getting the same problem.Seems like BSNL is routing the traffic through some US node at Boston.So every server requests go through US and thats why we are getting a high ping to EU and singapore.US pings should be the lowest if I am correct.Try locating the IPs you got in the tracert.Should give you some idea of their routing.Nothing much you could do to change it though.
I tried contacting the JTO on this issue and he seems ignorant about the latency and their gateways.Best thing you could do is switch ISPs since BSNL is a sinking ship.

I am from Chennai.Does any other BSNL user suffer high Latency ? Railwire users suffer the same as well.

ACT broadband and YOU Telecom users are facing the same issue with European lateny.

However, I don't see any problems with latency to Singapore on YOU Telecom

Latency is high to any servers located outside India's borders.Dhaka,Lahore and Singapore all give me 300+ ping.

Government needs to ram up Broadband network infrastructure, internet is degrading day by day. On top of that kids cut my bsnl wire with their stupid China made (kite) string every other day, which in turn cause huge SNR drop and sometimes total sync loss.

Yes i am also suffering from high latency/ping since december 2014...europe 250-350 plus [before it was 170-190] and Singapore 220-300 plus[before it was around 100] I used to play LOL on EU West servers and because of d high pings now m nt able to play for d last 2 months F**k BSNL aunties who asks "what is ping ??" we cant do anything except wait nd hope for d best!
