I too get downloads which i havent , this is both scary and funny . Its fun to watch someone nearby (IP) , what he /she is downloading , scary in the way , if at all someone is asking for the customer details , and ISP wrongly provides your address , then it might lead to unnecessary head-ache.Although i hope that ip address assigned (dynamic) is tabled along with the time and user , so as to prevent such incidence.But nevertheless , those who are downloading , it would be safe to use VPN`s. (any cheaper , yet good VPN`s ? )
