I can understand, but this is the most stupid way to avoid piracy they are just acting like a school kid, actually d fact is.if.they block ppl try to use backdoor techniques to.unblock websites...even Microsoft softwares r.most pirated in.word
Do they stop block selling DVDs just because ppl.r.pirating using DVDs? It's utter nonsense okby reliance dats it....

just imagine if SOPA or PIPA is implemented in India.. reliance have shown that it is atrociously easy to block sites. Also seems like judiciary is made up of either fat and brainless babus who cannot interpret a law properly or a flawed constitution that does not protect our rights in the Internet.

Here's the Delhi high court order in the case filed by Reliance regarding the release of Don2. Unfortunately it does not show the array of all the Defendants (only the first one), so can't confirm if this is the order under which megavideo etc. have been blocked. The order itself does not talk of blocking any website totally, but only restraining the Defendants from copying, recording, downloading, uploading, communicating etc. etc. any unauthorized copy of Don2.
