What is the default username and password for Reliance Jio Fiber router?

Hello guys,

i tried to access and make some settings changes to my jio fiber router but not able to do so. when i try to login it says that my username/password is wrong. i tried default admin login as well but it's not working.
can someone guide me how to get username/password for my router?

i am using Jio from past 2 years and my speed is 100mbps and I am facing Speed issue through LAN and 5mbps is the speed getting through LAN and i am getting perfect speed from WIFI. is there any configuration for LAN port to improve speed , do they did any speed capping , did they set any speed limit to the LAN port ?

Username : admin
Password : admin@1234
