What is the latest software version for Sun dth stbs?

I have bought Sun dth. I want to know what is the latest version. If I am having older version then I don't want to update it. Stb shows Frimware version as 1.1 and IRDSW:1.0.8 24-Sep-07.Will the software be automatically updated without asking our permission? Is there anyway to stop it from doing so? The latest version prohibits us from adding satellites and frequencies? For me changing channel is very slow takes atleast 2 sec.

I got my Sun Direct installed around 15 Feb 2008.I checked the Firmware Version and found it to be 1:00IRD SW 1.13I am unable to to tune to any new satellite and manual tuning also do not allow me to add my own frequencies.I am sure that the firmware can be updated by Sun Direct as and when necessary unlike our PC firmware as the full control is with Sun Direct.

Mine was installed on 6 th March. I will check my sw version and let you know. Now I understand why I do not have the previous installation facility. But why they choose to enter all wrong frequency details?
