What is the major pain are in Airtel billing

Lot of things we hear about Airtel Billing.. Which one happens the most?

I choose the hidden option "None of the Above". I have never had any problems with Airtel Billing since 2003!

They have charged me multiple times for that shitty PC Secure and ****ing Games On Demand. Had to fight and get the bill corrected.
