100℅ true man, 1 can't have another openion on this, the worst ever Customer Care one could have witnessed, But their Twitter Handle works like a charm. Now a days they are having very peculiar problem with their unlimited plans of 3G the connection never stays intact every possible 15 minutes it drops or disconnect . And never found any help With this.so additional settings which can hold the connection property..

Where as aI am getting Maximums 500 KBPS speed ..on regular basis than Stands for 2.5Mbps ..

Speed at most places in Haryana circle has been upgraded to almost 12-15 mbps is what I've experienced in the 1.5 months. Though for achieving the full speed you need to be in full signal coverage. Speed fluctuates a lot with slight changes in signal strength.

When I do a Speedtest it goes to 8-9mbps then comes back down to 2.42 mbps and stays there. When I start a download it starts 900kbps and after few seconds drops to 250kbps.

Getting pathetic 3g speeds in malleshwaram, bangalore. Below 1Mbps. Can't browse instagram, facebook videos will not play. I ported from Idea like a fool.

Guys I cannot seem to download anything from link-removed or mega, it just refuses to connect and some websites are also not opening. Is anyone facing the same problem
