There are Still some LCO's In Hyderabad offering what you used to get Earlier. They are monopoly in that area. I know some.

airtel minimum speed is 512 Kbps even plan shown after fup its 256 Kbps...

I just asked Airtel customer service and 256kbps IS the post-fup speed (at least, in Tamil Nadu). I asked them if the "Max 75GB" plan has post speed of 512kbps and whether minimum speed for all airtel plans is 512kbps now. This is what they replied with:

We would like to inform you that as per the bill plan Max 75 GB after the data usage of 75 GB your speed will reduces to 256 Kbps. However, as of now minimum speed for all the available plans is 256 Kbps.
