What is the process of getting a microSIM card from airtel?

From Twitter, I have already realized that airtel is already providing microSIM cards to people who own an iPad or the iPhone 4. What is the proper procedure to get one from your company while retaining the same number?

You can use SIM cutter and trim your existing SIM card to a micro SIM.
