What is up with CloudFlare WARP/ARGO performance in India?

Here is a traceroute to my Argo tunnel IP which is proxying my home server (the traffic is going from My Router->Airtel->CloudFlare London->?->Airtel->Home Server) which is ridiculous.

CF DNS traffic is going through Delhi node while ARGO and WARP traffic is going all the way to Europe. What happened to routing through Mumbai or even Singapore?

same issue, when traceroute to engage.cloudflare.com.
My University uses airtel and powertel as their backbone. So sometimes I get connected to Denmark server when connecting to warp and sometimes to Mumbai.

Routing via Tata is goes to Mumbai POP.
On BGP, Vodafone, Tata and Airtel have an AS Path length of one.

So, NextDNS was not responding to nslookup for engage.cloudflareclient.com.
When switched to Google DNS, url was resolved in tracert revealed data being routed through Frankfurt.
