What ISP should I opt for? [Bangalore, 1500Rs. budget]

I am new to Bangalore, and would like to know which ISP is the best in my area, based on cost, uptime, internet speed and customer service.
I am a resident of Banshankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore.
My monthly budget is 1500 Rs. (2000 if I go too far).
Kindly suggest the best options. Thanks.
PS: I am a heavy internet user and am looking for unlimited plans only.

Whichever ISP will choose but one thing I guarantee that after spending INR 1500, you will cry and ISP will laugh. Whichever city is, ISP considers customer, a dog. That is my experience. In six months, I changed 4 ISPs and still changing. Not satisfied, yet.
