I AM GETTING 25-32KB/SEC AND BURSTABLE SPEED BETWEEN 38-42KB/SEC POST YOUR SPEEDS

I am in Home 500 - 1 GB plan. I get 256 kbps normally and bursts upto 400 kbps. Will this speed come down when I change to Home unlimited?
