I'm about to subscribe to tikona broadband service, specifically, 1bmps/512kbps unlimited data, SOHO package. I've heard of tikona's bad reputation (quite evident on this forum). I stay in chandivli, mumbai and most of the broadband providers I've contacted don't cover this area. I'm using reliance netconnect+ right now, but its too costly for me to continue. So the only viable option here for me is tikona. Can you guys suggest any specific things I should look out for while/after the setup, so I'm not fooled by these tikona guys?..Cheers

This is how tikona works in my area
1] If there are lot of tikona users in your area then they will care about the service and you will get good connection and service .
2] If there are very less tikona users in locality ( my case ) then the service will be horrible with frequent disconnections and network issues .
I suggest you first find out how many people are actually using tikona in your area and if they are happy or not .
