What would you do with a 100mbit/s or 1Gbit/s connection?

There are multiple people with 1G and for a limited time I was one of them till I realised 3 things:

a) They are overcharging for the service. Rs 4700/mth with GST in this day and age is ridiculous. TPF is a few hundred bucks cheaper per month for a 1G connection. They need to bring the price down to 50% of the existing one for me to even begin considering it.

b) The max I could get from those 1G lines was about 600 Mbps (!!).

c) Last but not the least I truly don't need the speed. I am good with 300. Sadly Airtel does not offer 500 Mbps but TPF does. The family's usage and WAN connection load does not justify a 1G connection and this is even though I use P2P. No point paying for bandwidh I wont use.

I wish these guys would drop prices now. The time has come.

Yes even a 200Mbps connection feels overkill most of the time for my family of 4. Since airtel is providing 200 Mbps at the cost of 100 Mbps with their 1799 black plan, i thought why not. I occasionally download heavy stuff like once or twice a month. Apart from that, my usage is purely residential like streaming, browsing and work from home etc.
I saw one of geekyranjit's video where he downgraded to Jio Fiber 30 Mbps plan and his family of 3 didn't even realise or notice any difference according to him in his testing.
Prices of all plans upto 300 Mbps are very affordable as of now. If they increase the price in the future which is likely to happen, i might move to a lower speed plan completely. Uptime and fault resolution is something which i can't compromise with.

Are these official? I do not see it going any higher than 200Mbps.
