What's the minimum recharge to send SMS on Vodafone Idea/Airtel/Reliance Jio/BSNL?

Rs. 99, 107 & 111 - No outgoing SMS

There wer some rumours that Vi started allowing port sms on Rs99 plans. Only port sms.

For me they extended validity and i had some old balance and that worked for sending the port sms.

Seems like Vodafone has changed the pack to send SMS from 99 to something else now.
