Hello, Try calling 12678 from the same bsnl number for which you have applied for a broadband account & choose the correct option to get your user name and password.I got it over phone in an automated fashion. I hope that this helps. Thanks and regards, Ravindra.

you dont have to wait for them to give it to youcall the proper office and tell them the number, they should give you the passwordif you dont know which office to call, start with one bsnl office they will keep redirecting you to some other number, keep tryin untill you find luck
