Reliance Jio’s full-scale commercial launch likely in December

Mukesh Ambani Chairman of Reliance Industries may announce the final launch date for Reliance Jio in the company’s AGM (Annual General Meeting). According to ET Now, Ambani is likely to announce on September 1, that Jio’s full scale pan-India commercial launch will happen in December. Ambani is also expected to announce the tariffs for existing customers.

Then how come Reliance asking their employees to MNP their existing numbers to JIO?

Probably crap reporting as usual. I think I read on another site that it's RCOM and not JIO that was asking employees to do this.

It's for new sims only and mnp, thats what I understand.
Anyway, the tariffs are coming out, get ready for the shockwaves

Local mobile stores near me have started getting the Jio bill boards. I asked the store guy about sims he said sims would be in stock in 2-3 days :O

I just hope they give priority to their LYF users,because they paid premium amount to get hands on Jio

There is every chance that the lyf phone prices will be cut further on the pretext of a festival offer to pull in more customers.
When they are forcing their own employees to switch to Jio............. sounds like a dire need for more numbers.

hmm.. they need to get 2g licence for sure if not 3g, 4g is still not that easy to get if there is no network tower near by or signal keep dropping..

They should start home broadband services soon over fiber..
