Every game that have a singapore/SEA server is unplayable with upto 500ms ping spikes and packet loss every minute. Support told it is a common issue affecting routing through chennai servers and its been a week.

Atleast I am not alone. I'm from Maharashtra and the latency has been terrible since mid December.
The issue is still not fixed but today I noticed that the latency has been fluctuating so I guess they're working on it.
I have raised a complaint on Twitter and shared the traceroutes and Speedtest results with my local bsnl exchange.
Hoping to get it resolved soon as the Latency to all Asian countries have been messed up for me.
Pretty sure that is what's affecting your games.
I never use BSNL FTTH for gaming because they've higher ping and the ping spikes ruin my gaming experience.

Hey its fixed for me. Getting 75-80 ms to Singapore now.
