Where do you guys buy your Cheese from

I am not from a Tier 1 city btw. I have Big Bazaar, More Megastore and Spar Hypermarket in my city. But all seem to have processed and salted cheese. No one seems to have unprocessed cheese. Processed have a ton of Preservatives, Salt, Emulsifiers.
Is unprocessed not possible because the cheese cannot be kept raw in supermarkets for long?

If you are from a Tier 1 city, do you have access to unprocessed Cheese? If yes, which store is it ?

If you're referring to paneer, I get it from the local bakery. They make it every alternate day. So I know which days to pick up the fresh stuff.

No I am referring to Cheese. You know which is used on Pizza and stuff

Amul sells unprocessed cheese products too.
