Where to buy splitters?

my router got screwed two timesfrst time i took every thing to the mtnl ka office but they told no need of this thsy only to the the router chked it n than gave me a new onen second time i only took the router.i think if u takeur splitter to mtnl office than they MIGHT change it

i stay in navi mumbai and its a big task to go to lamington.also i was very busy during this week and it wasnt possible for me to go. i was thinking of going yesterday or day before but something came up and i couldnt go. now toh im really busy for about 2 months and its impossible for me to go. ill have to tell one of my friends to bring it for me.
