Whether EPG is working in SUN DIRECT?

Hi guys,Today i removed my smart card to note my smart card number..After viewing it i inserted it again to the slot..After i switch on my STB its automatically downloaded one software..After it is succesfully downloaded channel rearranges itself..For me channel no.1 is SUN TV and channel no.102 is KTV...It also sorted in language wise:thumbsup:..But still EPG is not working for me in any channels...is it working for some one? epg is currently not avialable........the new software has many disadvantages some channels from dd direct+ is blocked...

few channels like kalaignar,mega,makkal,win,jaihind,etc and test channels are blocked.......u cannot get these channels by manual tuning or auto tuning

hello friends .. i still receiving the above channels ...

In earlier u will be receiving 2 makkal,kaliagnar,mega and win channels 1 from sun direct tp and other from DDD+..But now after the new software updation u can able to receive only 1 time and that too by sun direct tp.. I think deva is telling that those channels r blocked from DDD+...
