About Hathway, are there frequent disconnections? And does the speed go below 1 mbps? Also if you have any idea about the customer service in case of an issue, please do tell us.

I've been using it since 11th December and I haven't came across any disconnection so far. But yes the speed does goes below 1Mbps but only at peak hours for 2-3 hours. If you take the average of speeds of whole day you'd get 6-7 Mbps, which is enough for me.

So I was told by the Hathway guys that they provide TTN? Is that the case or does anyone have hathway specifically? Tarrif: 15 mbps 50 gb at 999+tax I think.

No dude I don't know whom you heard from. Hathway is entirely separate from TTN. Maybe he was a TTN guy. Looking by that tariff it looks to be TTN coz Hathway doesn't have that, either you get 40GB 16MBps@1025 or 60GB 16MBps@1500.

Also is TTN that bad or is it a lot of false reviews, cos I remember when ACT started out there was similar negative publicity by other operators.

Hi all,

I need all your help in finding the right/reliable broadband service provider, I m hunting for ISP from so long time but no use, I am ended up using Reliance Pro3 (which is not enough for me with the speed)
Airtel and ACT are not feisable at my place it seems and Hathway is worst with frequent disconnects and slow, so please let me know which one is good.
Area : HRS layout sector 2, Behind Water tank(19th crs, 21st main)
