30mbps is too low these days. 799 plan is decent. But 999 is best VFM. You get 100 Mbps more for ₹200 more. Another way to look at it, by paying 25% more, you're getting 100% speed bump. Hotstar premium is a cherry on top. Ultra is disproportionately expensive, but expected so. Diminishing marginal returns after 999 plan. You pay ₹500 more for 100Mbps bump, or 50% more for 50% more speed. No additional OTT either.

30mbps fiber at 3300gb, that's perfect for a household with 4-5 members all having to recharge their phone.

I've had this issue with BSNL a lot, speeds (DL) to some servers are very slow. In my case, Airtel servers always had slow speed and bad ping. Nothing wrong with those servers as other ISPs give full speeds, probably some routing issues to those servers. Now this problem would get fixed on its own, then reappear after a few weeks and then go on for weeks.

Yes I also faced this issue, speeds would be around 1-2 Mbps. I was on 1277 plan then, on other servers I was getting 110Mbps, but on some servers I was getting low

@Gaurav15 on local server also i was expecting 100+ speed but it is not even crossing 95 ...!!!
Earlier was on 777 50Mbps plan and speed were always 53-55...!!!

Seems like BSNL has also implemented a hard cap at 100Mbps like Jio, speeds aren't going above plan speeds.

About your other problem, you seem to have a 59 series IP, restart the modem till you get a 117 series IP and see it that solves it. (instead of restarting, you could also disconnect by changing router mode to bridge mode and back so you don't waste time in reboot)

@Gaurav15 i dont get 117 series usually.....luckily today afternoon net was down for few mins and when it got back, i got 117 series which is 2nd or 3rd time i got it from the time i had this connection and just now half an hour back i restarted modem and now i m back on 59 series......so i checked and found that speeds are almost similiar with both series
Though while gaming in CSGO.....while on 59 series, VPN is required to get pings around 30-40 else its 200-250, while on 117 series vpn is not required but pings are 80-90.....!!!
So yes 117 series seems to be better
