Same here. Changed the plans on selfcare portal on 30th night and still waiting. Today being a holiday will have to wait at least until Monday I, think.
I will move to jio as soon as it come here too much of headache and time waste on simple things like plan change
I should have taken railwire but got reviews about not so good speeds so didnt take it and now regretting because i can cope with low speeds but not with downtime ...in 30 days almost around 5 days there is no net connectivity
Is bsnl selfcare down?
I am not able to see my plan change service request and the fuptopup page shows this error:
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. Reason:com.elitecore.corenetvertex.core.db.exception.DBDownException: Unable to fetch profile for subscriber ID: (my username) Reason: Datasource not available
