Which DNS you guys are using.

Not the best, if you want to be served CDN servers localized to you with low latency. They are not just simple recursive servers, so that's a good thing, though.

For me, I use these over AdGuard Home.

If you want better internal or optimal CDN routing from your ISP it's better to use an ECS-enabled DNS server.

Internal/PNI routing depends on your ISP's capabilities.
 
Have been using Cisco, google and CF DNS since many years but Google DNS works the best for me.
