which modem is best for Desktop computer?

I have got airtel broadabnd connection on lastmonth, i am using only desktop..i have paid rs.500 for wifi modem ,but they placed only ordinary modem because of no stock of it and said they will place WIFI modem later.Which one is the best modem for desktop ?

you could look for a Netgear wifi router they are quite affordable and good!!
