Which plan should I use for hosting a game 24/7 and complete downloads???

Ok I am going to host a game server 24/7 (YES) it takes like 1MB per hour.And complete my downloads as well. ( I have DSL 399 currently [MTNL]).And I need to do heavy/medium downloads.So I want you guys to suggest ANY ISP's any plan which can fit my usage.Like 849NU and 999 combo.

No no. How is it 1200 rs on taxes when on the 1850 rupees plan I only get 250 tax?
