Hello EverybodyWe already have 4 years old Eureka Forbes Aquaflo Designa UV.It is giving lot of pet peeves since recently so glanced at available options now.The TDS level in our drinking water is just below 200 PPM.As we already have RO based water treatment plant in our apartment. Is it better to go with UF based Water Purifier or better to stick with what i have right now?

UV is better than uf as on today in India

mhm. water quality. i would suggest getting the most hi-tech piece of machinery available in the market today. though there are two elements to consider here...water supply in your area might be good enough to get a simpler unit. body used to pure water on a regular basis would not be able to handle poor quality water. what i mean to say is that you would end up getting stomach related problems if you drink water from not so safe sources while traveling.

based on my own experience, stay away from whirlpool. they require expensive parts change every six months.

Eureka Forbes for good after sales service and perhaps Kent in case you are looking for an alternative.Hindustan Unilever has started some in the pure-it range but not sure about it's performance.
