Who is correct - Airtel Website or SMS Alert

Recently got my plan changed to 4Mbps with a FUP of 10GB. MY billing cycle is from 26-June to 26-July.On 11th July, I received a SMS Alert from Airtel that I have used 80% of my DSL usage. I went to there site and was surprised to see that it read 3.78GB of usage from 26-June to 11-July :sad: Now, which info to believe? Website or the SMS?Secondly, the Airtel website maintains a total and day to day usage of our plan in MB measurement. Does Airtel by any chance also maintain a log of websites we visit or the content that we download? Know its tough, but do they maintain it?
 
airtel is probably required by the government to log all your online activities. from what i remember, government is trying to set a regulation that would force them to keep logs of 6 months.
 
what about... when it comes to airtel you cannot believe anyone?

btw. from what folks here have posted, airtel is not showing usage since july 5 on their website.

Can they provide us those logs, if we ask for? Or these are available anywhere under our "Account Information" link on their website?
 
errm. no. if you want to track your own usage, use a software on your computer.
