Why cant Airtel postpaid users keep using 5G after 300GB FUP? They will just pay for the GBs they used?

Im new to postpaid sim cards and so far its pretty simple you just pay for the plan you have opted for and the additional taxes levied over it.
Now what i dont understand is that ,why postpaid users are bound to 300GB FUP? why isnt it unlimited after 300GB but it would be chargeable per GB

For example Jio gives you 30 GB Data, thereafter Rs 10/GB. Since its a postpaid sim so it makes sense to pay like that?
Please correct me if im wrong.

There is a difference between "commercial usage" and "fixed data" usage.
In Airtel's case, you are receiving unlimited data usage. If you exceed 300GB, then you are breaking their ToS, in which they are liable to either throttle or disable your internet usage. This is the "commercial usage" term.
Jio has a "fixed data" plan, which means above 30 GB, data is chargeable, i.e., it's not an unlimited plan. In addition, since Jio has not defined a "commercial usage" for cellular, you technically do not have a data limit.

PS: Even if you have the Rs. 10/GB usage, you can only use up to your postpaid credit limit. This means if your credit limit (which usually is 1.5-2x of the base plan, i.e., 523 INR), then you can only use 17 GB above the 30 GB data (47 GB for Jio and 300 GB for Airtel). In terms of raw 4G data, Airtel wins.
PS2: Exceeding your credit limit often means they bar your services completely (no phone & SMS).
