Why I am getting network busy?

Whenever I am trying to connect BB,after few seconds its showing 'network busy' error 676.Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem.My phone line is ok.I am using sl2.141modem provided by BSNL.I am using BB since last December and the problem started from yesterday.

Never heard about that modem. What's the name of the company?Mention whether you're using PPPOE mode or bridged mode.I know how to fix this problem as I myself had to deal with it. :frown:

PPPOE mode? No idea.For bridged mode, this problem can be solved by deleting all existing VPI/VCI values from WAN settings of your router and creating two new fresh entries with VPI/VCI 0/32 and 0/35 (Bridging).I'm on bridged mode. Never used PPPOE on BSNL.
