McDonald's follow a differential pricing strategy for delivery and Dine in/take away . Still 20% more for delivery + delivery charges are a lot . I prefer Dunkin donuts now . The price difference is not much now

Rs. 22 for packaging? I hope they are gift wrapping it for you with ribbons and sparkles and a personalized greeting card :D

Plus the outlets at busy/popular places have worst staff. They literally forgot my patty in chicken maharaja mc..making it veg maharaja mc.

I remember multiple instances of them forgetting items in a large order. Most of the McD outlets here in Gurgaon have frustrated staff.

Just Back from mcd's . They charge 1.5Rs for a Packet of ketchup incl VAT, Though Service tax might be extra . It is not much but i still can't understand the rational behind this move . They might charge extra for take away / tissue's etc

I cannot wait for them to start charging for using the loo.

I don't support their move, but it might be because they realised that we (Indians) demand lot of free ketchup sachets, so they started charging for extra sachets :)

In that case they need to set more than one sachet per burger and include cost in burger's price.

Well, a lot of people may object to that as well. I for one, dont use ketchup at all. So I would prefer them to give no sachets and reduce price if possible :pleasantry:

Well. They include a lot of expenses for things that you might not be using directly. For example... You might not be using the loo but the price you pay includes the cost of maintaining it ;)
They also keep on increasing the price of the burger for no apparent reasons. If they are finding it hard to pay for sauce, it is better to increase the price by Rs. 5 and save yourself the hassle of increased complications in billings.
