Why Tata Sky not updating website for the three new channels?

As we all know, last week Tata Sky added three regional channels viz. Zee Talkies, Zee 24 Tass and 24 Ghante. But till now they have not updated the information for same in their website as well as the Helpdesk on Tata Sky. What might be the reason?

May be they shuffle the channels so much that, within 1-2 months those channels will be removed, so website developers havent bothered

Well this a great news that the channel has been added. Since the channel is telecasted the website should be updated at priority.

Because they added accidentally... so plan to remove at any time

Doesn't seem you want this channel but others do! if channels being added is not a problem that means there is no issue with transponder space hence these channels cannot be an accidental case or even if it is on test there will be highest priority of adding it.

They have added the packages when you log into mytatasky and ask for upgrading your package, there are options to add Marathi pack and 24 ghanta pack.

As it is mentioned when you login mytatasky i.e. existing customers will get an idea about the updates however, general website viewers will not get an update.
