please reply Why to pay 100 re as Previous due amount, when there was no due to be paid of last month, also if this is as an late payment fees, the fact was your payment server was down!? as acknowledged on support voice call on 15jan15 and 16jan15
emails from helpdesk however do not acknowledge the above facts , they just talk of alternative payment channels!!

pls arrange to rectify the errors on your side first , before unwarrantedly penalizing end-customers for your lapses.
