Why vijay Tv not included in Tamil pack?

Hi,This is to bring to all of your notice that those who are in south and tamil speaking peoples using Dish tv if they want Vijay Tv they have to go for Welcome Pack or Maxi pack.Is the Vijay Tv that much costly? but in Sun DTH they are giving all the tamil channels for Rs.90. Also BIG tv is giving in the basic pack it self. Even Tata Sky only Dish Tv is making fool of us.Also they are saying tamil pick in that also vijay Tv is not included.So please all of you i make a request to raise this issue to Dish TV.And Lets hope for the best.
