Wi-fi in chandigarh ?

Hello, I want some suggestion as which ISP , will provide me the fastest wifi connection in chandigarh. Right now i am using reliance which gives 144, but problem is that it works only in city area and i am eexpecting something that will work outside too with promising speed. No matter if its costly.Thank-you for patience and help.
