They also have to pay to people who have payed 3,6,12 months for internet.The engineer guy told me that some one payed for a year in advance just a week before bandwidth went down. He is mad as hell! The service to me was efficient.I got 4-8 Mbit on torrents via a trick easily. Downloaded nearly 1.7 TB HD movies, TV shows and flacs in 3 months.I had 1Mbit plan and speed was constant for me. Youtube 480p also worked fine with a little bit buffering. Constant speed of 124-125 KBps (yes it was that constant!). Http downloads worked fine but it had a problem. It used to reset and you had to login daily.So if you kept an http download overnight it would sometimes reset so updating was a problem. Customer care was quick and effective. It had a lot of bad reviews but for me it worked very good. Their tower was 100 meters directly away from my house and was clearly visible so I had no problems with it.And also there were not many customers on it. So it worked fine for me!
