Yes I have tried the file mentioned by Abhijeet. When I try to flash it, it tries to process it and then says something like 'Failed to update as Router didn't accept the file'
Since you have tried many options & not succeeded yet, the thing that comes to mind is1) Are you using MAC filters, if yes then you will have to enter the MAC addresses of your phones into the wireless section of the router. If this is not the problem then2) Is the number of connection your router can support limited, I have seen in a Linksys router a user can limit of IP’s available for wifi connections. Just check if this is the case. If this is also a NO then3) There are rare possibility that the firmware is not compatible with your modems, I remember reading in this forum a post where a member ( I think it was Socrates) had experienced this vis a vis a laptop. You can check by using another unit to connect your devices.
1. No2. Sometimes even when a mobile is the first device to connect but the router is on for hours, the mobile fails to get Internet connectivity 3. Even I feel it could be a firmware issueBasically when the router is rebooted, all devices connecting to it within the initial 15-30 minutes get Internet access for hours. But if there is any new device which connects later, it doesn't get Internet connectivity and a reboot is the only solution.

Hmm This look svery much like a s/w issue, try using another unit in its place to double check. Since its a MTNL piece speak to the DE/SDE for your area to replace the unit.

This is the first thing that I had done. Deleted the Wifi network and added again. Didn't work. I had to one reset because I was trying to solve this problem only and forgot what settings I changed. So yeah, a reset is done too but that didn't help either.
Tell them exactly what you have mentioned ni post #1. They may want to test it in the exchange, let them. You can try out your phones when conected at the exchange to this unit so you and them can be sure its a unit problem. That way you will also be sure its only the wifi unit. you could also ask them to provide you with another unit to test at your end. I had done this when they thought my (self owned modem was teh problem) was a problem.
