Will These usb to Ethernet adaptor work in Raspberrypi

As title suggests I want to know will these cheap usb to Ethernet adapters work raspberry pi

1- Quantum QHM8106 USB to RJ45 Ethernet LAN Adapter

2- Zebronics Zeb-UTE101 USB to RJ45 Ethernet LAN Adapter

i want to use rpi as a openwrt router but only have 1 eth port so i thought i can use usb to eth converter and add1 extra port which i can attach to a router in ap mode
but i am confused because the adapter ranges from 300- 1000rs i dont want to cheap out but dont want to overspend too and speed is also not an issue because i have 30mbps plan

OR Should i go directly towards TP-Link

am new in this so pardon if my question is too generic but even aftermany google searches i am unable to decide

If all you want to do is standard routing with some semi-basic additional features, TP-Link is good enough.
TP-Link A6 is old, but it's dual-core MediaTek SOC is still one of the best in business.

Please note that the newer variant that we get now is the v4 which uses an un-supported SoC. If you can get v3, then go for it. But you can also get the Mi Router 4A Gigabit for half the price, and uses the same MediaTek Dual Core SoC with 128 MB RAM / 16 MB Flash.

I mean i already have a rpi and a router wont buying another one be less productive if i need i can run openwrt in rpi
