Yes. Thats a valid point whether Win10 will be able to support such applications. And yeah, they might be able to emulate 32-bit environment. But I am pretty confident that many companies may simply not upgrade if they MS dont come up with 32-bit versions. As companies that use such legacy applications may not like to trial such experiments in real time environment.

from what i have been seeing a lot of environments do not upgrade because of how standard compliant internet explorer is today :D it breaks a lot of intranet apps :D
 
Yes "every" handset currently running on WP8.1 from any OEM and any hardware configuration (i.e. irrespective of internal memory size, RAM, display size) should get WP10/WM10 as per Microsoft.
