Windows 10

I am sure - 1 year time limit will be extended! :D

Because people will remain confused and wait before migrating and Microsoft will realize that not many have migrated.

And then decide to extend the FREE upgrade offer

Windows 10: After the free upgrade, you can perform a clean install if needed
Once you upgrade W10 w/ the free upgrade offer you will able to clean reinstall Windows 10 on same device any time
from what i have understood, you will get a windows 10 license/key once you upgrade from win 7/8/8.1 which you can use for clean reinstall windows 10 on the same device. it is still not clear whether that new license is transferable to a new device. also it is not clear whether they would sell retail copies which are transferable from one device to another.

Apparently.

There are these loaders which activate your non genuine windows and office using some registry/resource hacks. Daz has a loader like this himself you can google, other I suppose are the KMS activators etc.
So I am assuming if you have your windows activated by these tools and not actually a genuine key, you might still get a free upgrade.

Here's what's new and improved in the Windows 10 Mobile preview build 10136 | Windows Central
One-handed use: if you have a device with a screen of 5 inches or greater, it's now easier to use your device with one hand. Press and hold the Start button and your screen will slide down so you can reach items at the top of your screen. To slide the screen back up, tap the black space at the top of the screen, or press and hold the Start button again. One-handed use will also naturally time out after several seconds and return to your regular view.
I think MS copied this feature from Apple iPhone?

doh. it's time to move on and stop complaining about who copied whom. logical feature should be logically present on all platforms.

Ofcourse, after sometime, all mobile OS will have some features almost common. e.g. Notifications UI is common on all 3 - Android, iOS and Windows.
Windows was last to implement to Notification, but when implemented they use well-knowm format.
