Windows 10 Pro x64 en_US downloaded using Media Creation Tool. I guess the md5 is different because the Media Creation downloads some stuff and then generates an ISO and doesn't download the ISO directly.

but on boot it does say download iso for other computers?

Yeah it does say so. But you'll notice that it also says 'Creating an ISO file' which takes some time. So I'm assuming that it generates the file from data it downloaded.

I would probably be using this ISO to update uncle's computer. Now that I think about it I do not remember if he has 32bit or 64bit Windows :'(

Are these SHA-1 and MD5 values okay? : windows

So it's impossible to verify the MD5 if the ISO is made using Media Creation Tool.
