If you mean wifi modem by wireless, go ahead. Now a days, a lot of gadgets are in market which supports wifi (cell phone for example), so it will be wise to get a wifi modem. If you mean wireless connection like wimax, USB modem etc, better choose a wired connection. Because in wireless connection, speed depends on a lot of factors which are not favourable in today's condition.
