The 'Shang-Chi' filmmaker is teaming with the 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' and 'Community' scribe, who will serve as head writer.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton has teamed up with Andrew Guest, a writer-producer on comedies such as Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Community, to tackle a live-action series featuring the longtime Marvel character.

Guest will serve as head writer of the series, while Cretton will exec produce and possibly direct an episode or more. Development for what is being titled Wonder Man is in the early stages, but if things crackle, cameras could be rolling in 2023.

In the comics, Wonder Man is in love with Wanda forming a love triangle. Wonder Man is one of Wanda's love interests from the comics. Apparently, Wonder Man is the template for Vision in the comics.

It's possible Elizabeth Olsen will appear in this. Maybe even Paul Bettany too. Also, the White Vision's story connects to Wonder Man. Wanda asks Wonder Man to give White Vision his personality which he refuses to take and then goes on a journey of self-discovery to get his old self back.

Not sure why Marvel isn't posting the teaser. Also, I am really going to hate this show. Apparently, meta commentary ke chakkar me, instead of making a show about the superhero Wonder Man, Marvel has made a show about a regular guy who joins a movie to play Wonder Man's character. Not sure if he is going to be superpowered. lol
