Matt Mullenweg, the WordPress co-founder and Automattic CEO, has been embroiled in a very public and legal fight with WP Engine these last few weeks over

This is a huge blow to the Wordpress ecosystem and a big alert to every managed WP host out there. Matt wanted to threaten and extort every WP host for money and trademark reasons. He didn't count on WP Engine fighting back this hard though.
