Workout Supplement ?

This was the first day for me in gym, and i asked the instructor for some suggestion of supplement for proteins. He said he has some stuff, i asked the name but he was not willing to tell, just saying '' its good, its good''. I get the feeling it might be some home made crap, and might not be genuine stuff. So i have decided to get it from outside, so please suggest me some good brand names(if possible with price quote), readily available in india. Reliable, one that works. Thank-you for patience !
 
i would just stay away from these supplements. some might be actually beneficial and good. but i would just stick to good healthy diet.
 
Stay away from Creatine , ok.If you wanna take food supplement than take Whey protein Brand : Optimum Nutrition cost : approx 4 to 5 grand for 4.7Kg Packaging
 
Hi there..I would like to know whether taking supplementary foods like Mega Mass, Amino Megamass...etc are safe to health../I noticed that when you consume it you gain the mass..and when you stop consuming them for few days again you will loose the weight...!!I am thin and want to gain mass..I have build it good shape but no mass please share your experiencethanks
 
^^ Some people say they are safe, while others say they aren't,If you are thin and just want to build up your body to normal level then don't use them. Better to stick with Potatos and Green bananas, combined with regular work-out, they can build up mass pretty well.
 
Again after a year, Guys eat eggs , eat banana , take whey protein of good brand with milk , and do proper workout in gym
 
that why i reply 3rd time , take whey protein again , it is best supplement availible , Take ISOLATE WHEY , it is easily soluble in water , so that u can take it with water too and even juice
 
and again some health tips :if anybody is thin and want to become a macho man , then eat good food dump fast food , eat protein rich food , take ur diet in 6 meals , drink 4 liter water , take proper intake of proteinguess if u have 55Kg then u need to take minimum of 55gram of protein, rest proper carbohydrate and last do workout at end of the day or start of day , then u become machoo man , Full transformation in 4 to 6 months
