When I took the connection last month, the ten minute trial was perfect, but when the connection was given the speed was just 200kpbs which was pathetic. The technicians who came for installing where of moral policing type. I immediately asked for disconnection because of the attitude of the technical team. On humble request from the retention team I agreed to give another try, and not even 48 hours of reconnection I see the same problem, not a simple web page opens, it keeps getting disconnected every five minutes. Very very pathetic.
