Worst service from ACT Broadband

Hi ,
On 24th November 2014 my broadband stopped working and gave complaint , next day technician came and checked the problem , he told that there is a problem with junction box , there was no power for that , so he connected temporary and went back , next day again it stopped working .
Again i called up to inform that its not working and heard same old story (it will be fixed blah blah)
but till now i have not received any response from ACT.
I have made so many calls , and spoke to 5 different people in customer service no improvements.
two persons promised me call back from his senior person which i never received since two days.
Every time when i send mail to ACT i got the same reply for whatever the reason

This clearly shows act is not interested in valuable service to retain the customer , but if you apply for new
connection where there is a feasibility around 5 to 6 people will call you and explains the plans and forces to take connection , but after the connection no proper customer service.

Its stopped working again today morning..There is no proper fix, its been on going .
I have never seen service provider like this.
 
This is been frequent problem for me nowadays. When i called up customer service every time they say they are unable to ping to junction box , so there may be problem in cable or junction box.
When i complained last time there was cable cut, but why there is cable cut once in a week ???
