Did you use the simspoofer unlock? My phone is now officially locked to my vodafone sim and even imessage and facetime works on my number.
Feel much better using the original iphone sim tray.
As Chromaniac said, an iphone 4S has hardware to handle both GSM and CDMA networks. Its just that the CDMA handler is disabled in the software.

Yea i missed SAM unlock. Got it around 5th may. But tray and r-sim quality is much better than previous gen. Sim.

Guys! I would really appreciate some help.I don't understand the technical stuff you're talking.The iPhone 4 is available for 1/4th of the price in the US. And this is the reason why I would like to purchase the same.Since I face network issues related to GSM networks at my home, I use Reliance CDMA. However the CDMA handsets in the market are really bad, and so I would love to have the iPhone 4.Can the iPhone CDMA from the US market be unlocked and used in India?
